Of all the Crab deck archetypes, dishonor is the one that is hardest to transition to Bushi League format. While most of the Crab Courtiers are still available, the few who are not are found in nearly every competitive YP deck - and, of course, the key dishonor holdings (Slanderer, Den of Iniquity and even Small-Time Bully) as well as economic holdings like Luxurious Silk and Hachi's Revenge are unavailable. On the Fate side, we take a huge hit as well - ubiquitous cards like Bad Kharma, Game of Sincerity, Request Authorization and others are out of our reach.
Typically, most Yasuki dishonor decks fall into one of two types: A deck geared around keeping attackers at home and causing direct Honor loss via holdings like Den of Iniquity; or a deck geared around causing massive Honor losses in battle, regardless of the outcome. It's not possible to really make either of these as a dedicated Bushi League deck thanks to the loss of needed rares and promos, but another deck type actually seems stronger in this format.
The third type of Yasuki deck we seldom see, focuses on hindering the opponent's economic development. While we don't have Hachi's Revenge, Economic Manipulation, or the unique Courtiers to help us here, the format makes way for cards that are less frequently used in standard constructed Emperor decks. Scars of War, Tested Land, Dark Experiments and Yasuki Tsujiken leave your opponent with less useful Gold (or Honor losses when he uses it).
The main difficulty this deck faces is in finding ways to dishonor enemy Personalities. With the loss of Slanderer, Accidental Confession, and Game of Sincerity, our options are limited. Jekku still performs admirably, but on the Fate side our options are restricted to Imperial Protection, Scandalous Rumors and Testimony. This last card is not as effective for Crab as it is for other clans, as we're only likely to be able to use Testimony against Personalities with very low or no Personal Honor. For this reason, players might wish to include a few Courtiers from other clans - providing they can meet the Honor Requirement. Still, we need every possible means for dishonoring a Personality, so Testimony remains (and it's decent meta for those who wish to give us a taste of our own medicine).
One bright spot is that the dishonor power combo still remains. Play Scandalous Rumors and watch your opponent dishonor all his attackers and lose honor - then follow with The Power of a Word and send them all home anyways! Those that remain can be bowed or sent home in a number of ways. Remember to use Baiko or your Dazzling Attired courtier to take the favor on the opponent's turn - and never forget that Tanimura can cover the cost of almost anything the deck needs to do!
